All of the fruit is harvested by our family in the state of Kansas. We load it in by hand and process it in our fermentation facility. The wine is then aged in either stainless steel or various styles of barrels. We carefully monitor our wines, test them in our state of the art wine lab, and bottle them as a family by hand. We believe in local products and supporting those in our community. This is 100% Kansas wine.
